Built for commission-based sales

Where high-ticket closers
get paid what they close.

The job marketplace for appointment setters and closers. Roles are listed by OTE and commission, never a fake salary band. Candidates are ranked by close rate and cash collected, never a résumé.

Why a separate board

Indeed was never built for commission.

High-ticket sales hiring runs on Facebook groups, DMs and screenshots of Stripe dashboards. It deserves real infrastructure.

Built for commission, not salary

Generic boards force commission roles into a salary field, so the listing reads as a lie. Comp here is modelled the way it's actually paid: base, commission percentage, and realistic OTE.

Credibility is a number

A closer's résumé says very little. Their close rate, average ticket and last 90 days of collected cash say almost everything. That's what the profile is.

The niche is the filter

Selling $3k fitness coaching and $40k agency retainers are different jobs. Filter by niche, ticket size, call volume and lead source so you only see roles you'd actually take.

Scams get rejected, not ranked

Every scraped and submitted listing is screened for pay-to-work, MLM and unverifiable comp before an admin sees it, and nothing publishes automatically.

Both sides of the call

One board, two jobs to do.

For setters & closers

Stop scrolling Facebook groups for gigs.

  • Comp you can read at a glance

Every listing leads with OTE, commission percentage, ticket size and whether the leads are inbound or outbound. No 'competitive salary', no bait.

  • A profile built on your numbers

Close rate, cash collected in the last 90 days, average ticket, show rate. The four figures a sales manager asks about on the first call.

  • Apply with a Loom, not a résumé

One click sends your intro video and cover note. Your recorded pitch does more work than a page of bullet points ever will.

  • One pipeline for every conversation

Applied, shortlisted, interviewing, offer. You can see where each company has you instead of refreshing an inbox.

For employers & recruiters

Hire closers who can show the numbers.

  • Search on performance, not keywords

Filter the talent directory by close rate, cash collected and average ticket. Shortlist people whose numbers match the offer you're selling.

  • AI writes the job post

Give it the offer, the ticket and the comp structure. It returns a clean listing with the comp normalised into structured fields.

  • A pipeline that isn't a spreadsheet

Drag applicants from applied to hired, leave notes the rest of the team can see, and stop losing candidates between DMs.

  • Moderated listings, verified companies

Every post is reviewed before it goes live and pay-to-work schemes are rejected. Candidates trust the board, so your listing gets read.

Niches

Filter down to the offers you've actually sold.

Selling $3k fitness coaching and $40k agency retainers are different jobs. The board knows the difference.

How it works

Four steps from profile to signed offer.

  1. 01

    Build your numbers profile

Role type, niches, tools, and the four stats that matter: close rate, cash collected, average ticket, show rate.

  2. 02

    Record a 60-second Loom

One take. Who you've sold for, what ticket, and what you're looking for next.

  3. 03

    Get matched to live roles

Filter the board yourself, or let matching score each role against your profile with a plain-English reason it fits.

  4. 04

    Apply and track it

One click sends your Loom and note. Everything after that lives on one board so nothing goes quiet.

Nothing auto-publishes

Every listing, submitted or sourced, is screened for pay-to-work and MLM patterns, then reviewed by a human before it goes live.

Verified means verified

Self-reported stats are labelled as self-reported. The verified badge only appears when a candidate has supplied evidence.

No income promises

Comp figures come from the hiring company. We don't guarantee earnings or placement, and we say so on every listing.

FAQ

Questions people actually ask.

Is Remote Sales Jobs free for candidates?

Yes. Browsing roles, building a profile and applying are free and always will be. There is an optional paid Candidate Pro tier that adds early access to new listings and a boosted position in the talent directory, but nothing behind a paywall is required to get hired.

What kind of roles are on the board?

Appointment setter and closer roles for high-ticket offers: coaching, agencies, info products, SaaS, solar, insurance, real estate education and similar. Comp is commission-only, base plus commission, or retainer plus commission. If a role isn't a setter or closer seat, it doesn't get listed.

Do I need a résumé?

No. You can attach one, but the profile is built around your sales numbers and a short Loom intro. Employers filter the directory on close rate, average ticket and cash collected, so those matter far more than a formatted CV.

How do you stop scam and pay-to-work listings?

Nothing publishes automatically. Listings sourced from external providers and posts submitted by employers both land in a moderation queue, get screened for pay-to-work, MLM and unverifiable compensation, and are reviewed by an admin before going live. Rejected listings are logged with a reason.

Are the sales stats on candidate profiles verified?

Stats are self-reported by default and clearly labelled as such. Candidates can submit evidence, such as CRM screenshots, dashboards or payout records, to earn a verified badge. Verified and self-reported figures are always shown differently, so you know which you're looking at.

What does it cost to post a role?

Your first active role is free. Paid plans add unlimited active roles, featured placement and multiple seats. Full pricing, in USD, is on the pricing page.

Does Remote Sales Jobs guarantee I'll get hired, or that I'll earn what a listing says?

No. Compensation figures are reported by the hiring company and are not verified or guaranteed by Remote Sales Jobs. We are a listing and introduction platform, not an employer or employment agency, and we are not a party to any hiring agreement you enter into. Earnings in commission-based sales depend entirely on your own performance and the company you work with.

Can I cancel a paid plan?

Yes, at any time, from your billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for and does not renew. The refunds and cancellation page sets out the full policy.

Your next closing role is on the board.

Free for candidates, always. Employers post their first role free.
