About Meridian Solar Co.

We sell in the solar space with an average ticket of $22,000. The offer converts, the fulfilment team is in place, and we're adding to the sales floor because we're leaving revenue on the table.

The role

You're taking 25 calls a week off a booked calendar and closing them. One-call close on most offers, two-call on the higher tiers.

Mixed inbound and outbound. Roughly two-thirds of your calls are booked for you.

What we're looking for

• 1+ year closing offers at $5k or above
• A close rate you can actually evidence
• Objection handling that isn't a script recital
• Pipedrive experience (or you'll pick it up in a week)
• Your own quiet space, decent headset, stable connection

How we pay

Commission is paid weekly on collected cash, not on booked revenue. No cap, no draw against future deals, no clawback games.
