Before you pay us anything.
When am I charged?
Paid plans bill immediately on signup and then monthly on the same date. Featured role boosts are a one-off charge taken when you apply the boost. Every charge appears on your statement as REMOTESALESJOBS.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time from your billing settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and your listings stay live until then.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If something has gone wrong, contact support@remotesalesjobs.ai within 14 days of a charge and we'll review it. The refunds and cancellation page sets out exactly what is and isn't covered.
What happens to my roles if I downgrade?
Roles beyond your new plan's limit are moved to draft rather than deleted. Nothing is lost. You choose which stay live, and the rest are there if you upgrade again.
Is Candidate Pro required to get hired?
No. Every role on the board can be viewed and applied to on the free candidate plan. Pro adds early access and directory placement. It is a convenience, not a gate, and we'd rather say that plainly than sell it as one.
