We provide a platform where companies list sales roles and candidates create profiles and apply to them. That is the entire service.

We are not:

• An employer. Nobody is employed or engaged by us as a result of using the platform.
• An employment agency, recruiter or staffing business acting on your behalf.
• A party to any contract, offer, or working arrangement you enter into with another user.
• A guarantor of any listing's accuracy, any company's conduct, or any candidate's stated performance.

We do not guarantee that you will be hired, that a role will be filled, or that any level of income will be earned. Compensation figures shown on listings are reported by the hiring company. Earnings in commission-based sales depend on your own performance and the company you work with.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
• You must give accurate registration details and keep them current.
• You are responsible for everything done under your account and for keeping your password secure.
• One person, one account. Employer accounts may add team members on plans that include seats.
• Email verification is required before you can post a role or submit an application.

Your profile carries performance figures: close rate, cash collected, average ticket and show rate. You must not overstate them.

• Sales statistics you enter must be truthful and reflect your own results.
• Where we offer verification, evidence you submit must be genuine and unaltered.
• You must not impersonate another person or present someone else's results as yours.
• You may withdraw your profile from the talent directory or delete your account at any time.

Knowingly false performance figures are grounds for immediate removal of the profile and termination of the account.

• Listings must describe a genuine, currently open setter or closer role.
• Compensation must be stated accurately, including comp type, commission and any base or retainer.
• You must not require candidates to pay you as a condition of being hired, whether for training, leads, software, equipment or anything else. Pay-to-work listings are prohibited outright.
• You must not use candidate data obtained through the platform for anything other than evaluating that candidate for your role, and you must not sell or redistribute it.
• You must comply with applicable employment, equal-opportunity, anti-discrimination and data protection law in every place you hire.
• You are solely responsible for classifying, contracting with and paying anyone you engage.

No listing publishes automatically. Submitted and externally sourced listings are screened and reviewed before they appear. We may edit a listing for clarity or formatting, reject it, or remove it after publication.

We may remove content or suspend an account at our discretion where we reasonably believe these terms or the acceptable use policy have been breached. Where a paid listing is removed because it breached these terms, no refund is due.

Candidate accounts are free. Employer plans and optional add-ons are priced on the pricing page, in USD. Pro is $149 per month.

• Subscriptions bill in advance and renew automatically each month until cancelled. Charges appear on your statement as REMOTESALESJOBS.
• One-off purchases, such as featured placement, are charged at the time you buy them.
• Prices exclude any sales tax, VAT or equivalent, which is added where applicable.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.

Cancellation and refunds are covered by the refunds and cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

You keep ownership of everything you upload: profile text, sales figures, videos, résumés, job descriptions and logos. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute that content solely in order to operate and promote the platform.

You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

The platform, its design, code, database structure and brand belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, scrape, resell or create derivative works from the platform or its listings without our written permission. Automated collection of listings or candidate data is prohibited.

We aim to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may suspend it for maintenance, or change or discontinue features. Where a material feature you pay for is withdrawn, you may cancel and receive a pro-rata refund for the unused part of the period.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost earnings, lost opportunities, or losses arising from dealings between users. Our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in that period, or $100.

Because we are not a party to hiring arrangements made through the platform, we are not responsible for unpaid commission, misrepresented compensation, or any other dispute between a candidate and a company. We will assist with evidence where we reasonably can.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, for unlawful activity, or where continuing to provide the service would expose us or our users to risk. On termination your listings are removed and your profile leaves the directory; we retain records where the law requires it, as set out in the privacy policy.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the product at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after that means you accept the updated terms.

The governing law and jurisdiction for these terms have not yet been set. This must be completed before the service accepts payments.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
